Document Security

Security is provided through user IDs and the use of firewalls. Each user is assigned a login and password. The login restricts them to specific permissions, like searching or scanning. Customers or clients can log on and search for their specific documents. When a user logs on, the screen colors are logo specific to the subscribing company. These features make DMS look unique for each company.
